What is Winter School of Social Leadership?
SSE India in collaboration with Rishihood University is proud to present a truly immersive and transformative 6-day residential programme, specially tailored for youth between the ages of 13 and 16. The programme is designed to provide a holistic experience, encompassing personal growth, skill development, and the forging of meaningful connections.
What makes it unique?
We understand that each participant is a unique individual with distinct aspirations and potential. That's why, at the Winter School of Social Leadership, we prioritize individualized attention and support. Our batch of 60 children will be divided into 6 cohorts, with just 10 children in each cohort. This ensures a nurturing and inclusive environment where every participant can thrive.
To further enhance the learning journey, each cohort will be assigned a trained mentor who will serve as a guide and a confidant throughout the programme. These mentors bring a wealth of experience and expertise, providing personalized guidance and support to help participants unlock their full potential.
